Big Portrait Project goes to the Senedd!
From the fantastic launch, The Big Portrait Project‘s popularity and the reception from Carwyn Jones has spurred the Welsh Assembly to offer us the chance to showcase at the Senedd, Cardiff Bay on the 28th of May- 1st of June 2012. Keep an eye on the Welsh Assembly Website for updates. It is the first time an exhibition has travelled from Merthyr Tydfil to the site at Cardiff.

Last night’s gala evening was a fantastic event. The reception to the exhibition from the public, press, local groups, as well as the famous faces was outstanding, we could not have hoped for a better turn out and response.
A Big thank you for those who attended and for those involved, including Cyfarthfa Castle, whom we kept on their feet, as well as the Bridges to Work project, who’s high quality, professional frames impacted greatly on the finished pieces.
Most of all, a thank you to everyone who visits Cyfarthfa Castle in the following month, We hope that you enjoy!
